Pastor Jim serves as Lead Pastor at Life In Christ Fellowship. He has served in this capacity since 2018. He also works as a Physical Therapist with Munger PT. Having attended LICF his entire life, he was first drawn to ministry at the age of 21. He believes that the church is the hands and feet and Christ and serving others is an integral part of the ministry.
Jim is ordained under Elim Fellowship (Lima, NY). He has been in a variety of leadership roles of the last twenty years. His personal missions are to challenge people with Biblical teachings, change lives for Christ, develop leaders, and to proclaim the hope of Jesus.
Jim is married to Sara; they have two beautiful daughters, Grace and Evelyn. Grace went to be with the Lord in 2016.

Pastor Josh felt a call to ministry from the time he was saved at the age of 14. From 2006 to 2008, he attended Atlanta Master's Commission, an intensive discipleship program designed to equip young people for the ministry. Following that, Josh served at different local churches in various positions, including worship, kids, and youth ministry. He was licensed through the Pastoral Leadership Institute in 2019.
In January of 2022, Pastor Josh began teaching middle school Bible at New Life Christian Academy and accepted the youth pastor position at Life In Christ Fellowship the same year.
Josh and his wife Jaime serve with their three daughters- Cailey, Zoey, and Olivia.

Becca Achatz was born and raised in a musical family with parents who served in full time ministry. She has been a part of worship teams since the age of 13, as a background vocalist, piano player, and then as a worship leader.
She became a registered nurse in 2003, then pursued the call of God to attend bible school at Hillsong International Leadership College in Sydney, Australia. She graduated from there in 2006 with a Diploma of Ministry in Worship and Creative Arts. She served as the worship director for another area church until 2008 when she met Aaron Achatz, a lifelong member of Life in Christ Fellowship. They married in 2009 and she served as a member of the LICF worship team until taking over as the head of the worship department in 2016.
Becca and Aaron, who also is a member of the worship team, live in Casco Township and have 2 daughters - Jana and Tessa.

Coach Adrianne Reynolds has always loved working with children! As a pastor's kid she was a part of ministry from an early age, but while she was in college growing in her relationship with the Lord, she realized her gift and calling to work with children.
After graduation, Coach moved back to Michigan and got a job teaching and coaching basketball at New Life Christian Academy. She was brought on as Children's Ministry Director at Life In Christ Fellowship in the spring of 2020 and is so excited to see how God uses this ministry to grow His Kingdom!
